How far in advance should I order?
For custom designs I recommend 2–3 weeks, with a minimum of 1 week. Summer weekends and holidays fill up quickly, so earlier is always better.
How much does a custom cake cost?
Every cake is quoted individually based on size, tiers and design detail. Send your idea and you'll get a clear quote with no surprises.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — a deposit secures your date once you're happy with the design and quote. The balance is due before pickup.
Can you recreate a photo I found online?
Inspiration photos are very welcome. I'll put my own twist on the design so it's made just for you.
Do you make cupcakes or cookies too?
Yes — matching cupcakes and themed cookies make a perfect party set. Just mention it in your request.
Can you accommodate allergies?
Please tell me about any allergies when you order. Cakes are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs and nuts, so they can't be guaranteed allergen-free.
